Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PhotoMedley ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible at photomedley.com. By using PhotoMedley, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

PhotoMedley connects to your Google Drive, downloads photos and videos from a folder you select, builds a looping video reel, and delivers it back to your Drive. We charge a one-time fee per video based on the number of photos. All source files are deleted from our servers immediately after your video is delivered.

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. PhotoMedley is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PhotoMedley.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We charge a one-time fee per video at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in US dollars.

Because video processing begins immediately after payment, we generally do not offer refunds once a job has started. If your video fails to process due to a technical error on our end, we will either reprocess your video at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice. Contact us at hello@photomedley.com within 7 days of your purchase.

You retain full ownership of the photos, videos, and music you use with PhotoMedley. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for any music you include in your video. This includes music uploaded from your Google Drive. Using copyrighted music without permission — even in a private video — may violate copyright law. PhotoMedley does not verify music rights and is not responsible for any copyright claims arising from music you choose to include.

If you want to be safe, use music that is in the public domain, licensed under Creative Commons, or that you own or have licensed for this use.

You agree not to use PhotoMedley to:

• Process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• Abuse or overload our systems
• Resell or repackage our service without written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

PhotoMedley requests the drive.file permission, which limits our access to only the files and folders you explicitly select. We do not access, read, or store any other content in your Google Drive. You can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings.

We do our best to keep PhotoMedley running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party services (Google Drive, Stripe, etc.) or factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoMedley is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the video in question.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of PhotoMedley after changes means you accept the updated terms.
